If you’ve ever wished nasi lemak could be a full-blown buffet, Tanglin Cookhouse is making that dream a reality. Their Lemak & Co. a la carte buffet ($29.90++) at Tanglin Mall serves up unlimited turmeric coconut rice, ayam goreng berempah, braised beef rendang, and sambal barramundi alongside sides like chicken satay, emping chips, and quinoa rojak salad. The Super Lucky Star ($28.80) comes in a six-sided shape, topped with shrimp, crab stick, chicken pepperoni, vegetables, and finished with sweet ranch and sriracha, plus a cream cheese-filled crust.
