Choose from six kakigori flavours, including their signature Bean & Matcha ($14.90). Here, you get sweet red beans topped with a layer of creamy brulee, then blanketed by a mountain of shaved ice. Finally, the dessert is doused in matcha syrup and crowned with more cream and red bean paste.
