As far as cha chaan teng go, Keming Bing Sat is a major name. The franchise has 140 eateries across Hong Kong and mainland China, most of which draw perennial long queues.
Come late May 2025, Singapore will be its latest stop, with the outlet opening in the highly accessible Plaza Singapura.
At Keming Bing Sat, you can expect a wide range of classic cha chaan teng fare, along with a few surprises. We’re not sure about how each item will be priced, but we’ll update this article as soon as we get more info.
The star dish is undoubtedly the Char Siew Rice, featuring caramelized char siew, two sunny side-up eggs, and Wuchang rice. This dish was dubbed the “No. 1 Best-Selling Char Siew Rice in China” by market research company Frost & Sullivan, which is testament to how popular it is.
Another dish to look forward to is the Lava Oreo Toast, a fluffy thick cut toast packed with condensed milk and topped with crunchy Oreo crumbs. This one’s for those with a sweet tooth!
For a unique twist on the iconic Hong Kong drink, try the Little Bear Iced Hong Kong Milk Tea, which sees an adorable bear float above some rich and fragrant milk tea. For a more citrusy yet equally cute alternative, opt for the Little Bear Iced Lemon Tea.
