KYO Kohee prides themselves on using premium quality matcha powder, which is said to be specially imported from Japan, in their drinks. Their signature Matcha Latte, Okumidori ($7.90) is supposed to have a well-balanced bittersweet flavour, with mellow grassy notes.
For an elevated fix, go for their Matcha Latte, Utsukushi ($9.90), which is made with ceremonial grade matcha powder and has a rich combination of earthy and floral notes.

Coffee lovers can go instead for Iced KYO Coffee ($6.90), which features a refreshing blend of espresso and a house-made sweet caramel sauce. You can also top up an additional $1 to upgrade your regular milk to Hokkaido milk, boasting a higher fat content and thus, producing a creamier, richer drink.

If you’re looking for a sweet treat, consider their Affogato Ice Cream, which features a scoop of vanilla ice cream, poured over with your choice of Matcha Shot ($6.90), Hojicha Shot ($6.90) or Espresso Shot ($5.90).
