Lotteria will open in Singapore in 2026 with famous Korean burgers

Fresh off the press: Korea’s famous fast food chain, Lotteria, is set to open in Singapore by February 2026! This comes after an announcement last year that an outlet would open by June 2025, which means there has been a delay.

The brand was founded in 1972 in Japan by a Korean entrepreneur before it made its way to Seoul in 1979. Today, they have over 1,600 outlets across several countries, including South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.
For this upcoming Singapore launch, Lotteria is partnering with Katrina Group. The food, beverage, and hospitality group was also the team that brought the famous Korean fried chicken chain Daily Beer to Singapore. They have plans to open multiple Lotteria outlets across the island!

In other food news, the ever-popular Warabimochi Kamakura is having a 1-for-deal from now till 31 August 2025. This deal applies to all menu items, and is available at all Warabimochi Kamakura outlets! The brand’s warabimochi is crafted from premium bracken starch, coated in roasted Japanese kinako, and finished with house-made kuromitsu syrup. For drinks, one of their standouts is the Asakawa-En Matcha (from $6.90+), which pairs ceremonial-grade green tea powder with sweet red beans and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
