Louisa Coffee opens a new cafe at Bishan Junction 8
Good news for Bishan residents: Louisa Coffee, Taiwan’s biggest coffee chain, has opened at Junction 8! The new cafe serves up a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, alongside toasties and light desserts.
If you’ve visited Louisa Coffee in Bugis, their first Singapore outlet, you’d be familiar with the cafe’s signature Boston Cream Pie ($6.50) series, available in trendy flavours such as Taro and Black Sesame.

In celebration of their second opening, they’ve launched a BBT Mochi Boston Cream Pie, a riff on the classic Taiwanese bubble tea. You get a tea-infused cake filled with a thick layer of cream, studded with chewy brown sugar mochi cubes.
If you’re not a fan of milk tea, try their Cheese Tart ($4.50) instead. Served cold, this decadent treat comes with a creamy cheese filling and a caramelised top.

Otherwise, for something savoury, Louisa Coffee also has affordable sandwiches under $7, in flavours such as Beef Pastrami & Cheese ($6.50) and Tuna Salad ($6.20).
Drinks-wise, you can fuel up on the caffeine in the form of a Coffee Latte ($4.90) or Specialty Latte ($6.60), which uses more premium beans. Alternatively, order their signature Iced Black Sesame Coffee Latte ($6.90), a nutty mix of charcoal, black sesame, milk, and freshly pulled espresso.
Tea lovers are not forgotten either. You can get their Classic Taiwan Milk Tea ($4.90)Â or go for a refreshing Flavoured Green Tea ($4.60) instead, the latter of which lets you choose from Mango, Passionfruit, Lemon, and Orange.
