Pistachio lovers, this one’s for you: Matchaya has brought back their popular pistachio soft serve desserts for a limited time!

The new series features three desserts:Â Pistachio Soft Serve, available in a cone ($9.81) or cup ($8.72), Pistachio Parfait, and Pistachio Affogato. The soft serve and affogato are sold at all outlets except Changi Airport Terminal 3, while the parfait is only available at Takashimaya and Suntec City.

In case you didn’t know, the pistachio soft serve was first launched in 2022 to much fanfare. It’s made with premium Sicilian pistachio nuts imported from Italy, known for their natural sweetness and richness.

The sides of the cone are first dipped into crushed pistachio nuts before it’s filled with pistachio soft serve. It seems like you can pick between pistachio soft serve, or a half-half combination of pistachio and matcha flavours.

The affogato looks equally delicious; this dessert features a generous swirl of pistachio soft serve in a cup, topped with Matchaya’s matcha.
For the full experience, try the parfait instead, which combines strawberry jam, pistachio soft serve, crispy puffed rice bits, and crushed pistachios.
This new flavour will only be available for a limited time, so head down to your nearest Matchaya outlet before it’s too late!
