Another day, another new McDonald’s launch. Introducing the new McCrispy Burger, priced from $8.40 for an Extra Value Meal! Available at all McDonald’s outlets come 4 September 2025, this limited-time-only dish will be accompanied by the equally new Crinkle Cut Fries (from $4.15, or upgrade your meal for $1) and the returning Yuzu McFizz (from $3.65).

Simply put, the McCrispy, available in single or double patty versions, is a chicken burger with that extra crunch factor.

Considerably crispier than the McChicken and possibly the McSpicy, this chicken patty is also juicy on the inside, with a smoky, tangy sauce to lift the flavours. If you’re picking between it and the McChicken, both non-spicy chicken burgers, we have to say that the McCrispy is the far superior dish, both in taste and texture.

The Crinkle Cut Fries are a welcome alternative to the usual McDonald’s fries. It’s certainly thicker and fluffier, with a seasoning that has notes of cheese and onion. It’s good to have on its own, even without ketchup or McDonald’s famous sauces.

To promote this new burger, there will be 36,000 free McCrispy burgers up for grabs islandwide on 4 September, 2pm to 5pm. There will be 250 redemptions per store, so be sure to head down early to snag one!

Also returning on 4 September is the Banana Soft Serve, which can be enjoyed as a Cone ($1.30)Sundae, or McFlurry.

But wait, there’s more! On 18 September, the McPops (from $3 for six pieces), these bite-sized doughnuts in Choco-Hazelnut or Fruit Berry flavours, will be available! There’s also the all-new Yuan Yang Latte, a blend of Arabica coffee and tea.
