It looks like the food plushie trend isn’t slowing down any time soon, as McDonald’s is set to launch the Prosperity Pals series, along with other exclusive treats, for Chinese New Year 2026! Inspired by the iconic seasonal items Prosperity Burger and Twister Fries, a range of three plushies will be available at $8.80 each. They’ll be available with every Meal, Upsized Meal, Special, 2× Value Meal, or Family Meal, though you’re limited to one plushie per meal.
The three plushies will be rolled out progressively and are redeemable in-store.
The first of these is the Prosperity Twister Fries plush, available from 29 January 2026, 11am.
Then there’s the McDonald’s Drink Cup, which you can get from 2 February, 11am.
Finally, there’s everyone’s favourite Prosperity Beef Burger, redeemable from 5 February, 11am.
If you’re a MyM member, you can even get these plushies early—and all at once—in the form of a box set. From 26 January, 3pm, redeem the Prosperity Pals Set for 2,688 MyM Rewards points via the McDonald’s app. Limited sets are available, so be sure to redeem early!
The fun doesn’t end there, as they’re also giving away limited-edition prosperity menu–themed Red Packets (six pieces), which you can get at no additional cost when you purchase any Prosperity Special Meal from 22 January.
FYI, each packet comes with a return reward card, featuring exclusive deals and promotions!
Those who aren’t fans of soft toys can nevertheless enjoy the real thing, as the Prosperity Burger is now available at all McDonald’s outlets. Get the Double Prosperity Beef Burger Extra Value Meal (from $11.75), featuring two beef patties slathered in a punchy black pepper sauce. It’s loaded with sauteed onions that add a gentle sweetness and crunch, all tucked between two toasted sesame seed buns.
If you’re thinking of what to bring to your next CNY reunion party, get their Lohei Treasure Box (from $28.80) instead. This festive set comes with three Large Prosperity Twister Fries, two 4pc McWings, and a 20pc Chicken McNuggets box, available in three flavours: Garlic Pepper, Core, AKA original, and Mixed.
Just pour everything in, open the box, and lohei with friends and family for a huat-astic meal!
Fans of all things spicy also have the Spicy Chicken Tenders (from $8.95) to look forward to. Each piece features tender, juicy chicken, coated in a crisp and fiery batter that delivers a kick similar to a McSpicy. FYI, they’re only available from 12 February, 11am, so mark your calendars!
