Calling all ice cream lovers! The Museum of Ice Cream Singapore (MOIC) has officially reopened with their newly revamped space. You can look forward to new multi-sensory installations and fun-filled activities, but here’s the best part: there’s an ice cream buffet where you can indulge in 19 different flavours, all available in unlimited servings.

Do note that the entrance ticket starts at $35 per person, with an additional $10 for access to five premium ice cream flavours, including those highlighted in this article.

Here’s what you can expect at their newly revamped space. There are a total of 14 rooms to explore, with the first ice cream station in the third room named California Dreamin’. Here, you’ll be greeted by a generous, vibrant display of nine ice cream flavours.

Out of the nine, some popular flavours include Black Sesame, Tahitian Vanilla, and the crowd-favourite Strawberry Speculoos. If you enjoy sweet-tangy flavours, opt for the Lemon Yuzu instead. Alternatively, fans of the refreshing tropical fruit can go for the Coconut Gelato with Shredded Coconut.

Two rooms down, you’re spoilt with unlimited Mango and Raspberry soft serve at Scream’s Diner. A mixed swirl is also available for those who want both flavours in one. You can also choose from a variety of toppings such as colourful cornflakes, chewy jellybeans, and crunchy chocolate cookie cereals. FYI, premium pass holders can also enjoy a hot Long Black or Espresso.

For those feeling peckish, a selection of sweet and savoury meals is available. Pick from the likes of Margherita Pizza ($21++), Chicken & Waffles ($15++), Tater Tots ($9++), or even Waffles & Ice Cream ($12++) if you haven’t had enough ice cream.

There’s also the Potong Palace, where you can enjoy unlimited potong ice cream in Thai Milk Tea and Longan Osmanthus flavours. Premium pass holders will also get access to an exclusive Cherry flavour.

Nearby, another ice cream station offers a nostalgic treat: traditional ice cream cart-style sandwiches, served between two thin wafers in Cookies & Cream and Pineapple Coconut flavours. Premium pass holders can enjoy an additional Chendol flavour, a unique option that’s less commonly seen.

If you’ve had too many scoops, burn off those indulgences at the Bouncy Castle or stroll through the Banana Maze.
