We’re most excited about the arrival of famous Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons! The casual cafe, which has over 5,000 outlets across the globe, is serving up their signature doughnuts here. Priced from $2.90, these come in an assortment of flavours including Classic Glaze and Boston Cream. Don’t miss out on their other bakes too, with popular picks such as Lemon Glazed Muffin ($4.50) and Tiramisu Mousse Cake ($6.50). Popular Japanese chain Butahage has an outlet in Suntec City, Century Square, and now Pasir Ris Mall! The restaurant comes from Hokkaido and is most known for their hearty pork donburi: Nanatsuboshi rice short-grain rice, grilled pork loin slices, and an 80-year-old tare sauce. You won’t go wrong with their signature Obihiro Meibutsu Japanese Pork Loin Don—$23.80++ for a large bowl and $18.80++ for the regular. There’s also a cheaper Obihiro Meibutsu Pork Loin Don that uses Canadian pork instead, priced at just $11.80++ for a regular bowl and $14.80++ for the large version.

Crolo, run by the same team behind Swee Heng, has set up a takeaway shop at Pasir Ris Mall. The local brand is known for their affordable croissants, available in an extensive range of sweet and savoury flavours. Prices start at just $2.50 for a Plain Croissant and go up to $3.20 for their savoury flavours including Chicken Ham and Egg Croissant and Prawn with Scrambled Egg Croissant. You won’t go wrong with their savoury sandwich flavours, including the Fish Fillet w Cheese Sourdough Bagel ($3.20) and Grilled Chicken w Scrambled Egg ($3.20). Otherwise, for something sweet, get their IG-worthy Assorted Fruits Sandwich ($3.20), which nods to the popular fruit sando in Japan! Kopifellas launched as a humble stall at Timbre+, before opening multiple outlets across the island—including a dine-in concept at Pasir Ris Mall, Kopifellas Cafe. Here you can caffeine up on local kopi and tea, priced from just $2 for a cup of hot Kopi O or Teh O. If you’re up for something more special, try their SG Kopilicious ($7), comprising brown sugar oat milk kopi zhnged up with coffee jelly. You’ll find all-new croffles here, in the form of the All-Day Breakfast Savoury Croffles, served a la Tomato Bruschetta ($10++), Egg Benedict ($13++), or Croque Madame ($12++). If you prefer ’em sweet, go for the Honey Crunch ($10++), where a freshly baked croffle is topped with a scoop of Hokkaido Snow with Honeycomb Bits ice cream, then finished with hazelnut wafers, caramel sauce, and almonds. You can now get your souffle pancake fix at Fluff Stack, which has just opened an outlet at Pasir Ris Mall! Here, you can try their signature pancakes in the form of the Mochi Strawberry Cheese Pancakes ($15.50++), topped with cream cheese, fresh strawberries, strabwrry sauce, and mochi. If you’re more of a chocolate person, go for their Hazelnut Chocolate ($15++) flavour, which stars the same fluffy pancakes stacked with earl grey ice cream, hazelnut chocolate sauce, and whipped cream.

Their Iced Minty Coconut Latte ($8.50), which pairs creamy coconut milk with a cooling mint syrup and freshly pulled espresso, is a must-try. Else, order something from their Luckin Exfreezo series to beat the heat—their new Lush Coconut Exfreezo ($8) is a sweet and creamy slushie that’s made with coconut milk. At LeNu Chef Wai’s Noodle Bar, their Braised Beef Combination Noodle ($18.30++) just hits the spot with its succulent Wagyu slices, tendon, shank, and silky la mian, drenched in a savoury beef broth.
