Promenade at Pelikat Food Guide

Promenade at Pelikat isn’t the kind of place that screams for attention, often overshadowed by its more popular neighbour, Heartland Mall. This quiet Kovan mall houses a large collection of niche bakeries and dessert specialists, making it a go-to spot for those who prefer their pastries freshly made to order. Here, we’ve compiled the 10 best Promenade at Pelikat food spots for fresh shio pan, legit Korean food and more.
