Perfect for special occasions and celebrations, the experience includes a Seafood Platter, a Meat Platter, a Vegetable & Mushroom Basket, along with your choice of one or two broths: Signature Sichuan Mala Butter, Boiled King Garoupa Bones with Preserved Capsicum, Double-Boiled Imperial Fish Maw Collagen (top up $28++).

The Seafood Platter is the star of this experience; it features a beautiful spread of Lobster (150g), 8-head Abalone, King Garoupa, Half-shell Scallop, Bamboo Clam, King Prawn, Baby Cuttlefish, Homemade Fish Ball, and Minced Prawn Paste.

You also get to enjoy premium meat cuts such as Australian Wagyu Beef and Japanese Kurobuta Pork. These thin meat slices cook up in no time; you just need to dunk them into your choice of broth for no longer than 15 seconds.

The mala butter soup has that familiar, mouth-numbingly spicy flavour from the Sichuan peppercorns, zhnged up with a creamy and buttery aftertaste that balances out everything nicely.

The unique pot used here is smokeless—you only get the aroma of the broth sans the smoke that typically comes with other run-of-the-mill hotpot experiences.

Each diner also gets a serving of the restaurant’s House Dipping Sauce to pair with their hotpot toppings, along with noodles or rice to fill them up.

End off the meal with a refreshing dessert that’s included in the experience: Homemade Fine Bean Curd with Wolfberries.

Another noteworthy spot to check out is Good Combo Hotpot & BBQ, which also offers a Chongqing Butter Mala broth for their hotpot buffet. Otherwise, for Chinese food recommendations, read our full list of the best Chinese restaurants in Singapore, sorted according to budget.
