Expect around 50 exhibitors, including popular brands such as Suzuki Coffee, one of Singapore’s oldest artisanal roasters, and Baristart Coffee, known for its signature creamy lattes. Cowpresso Coffee Roasters is well known among home baristas for its high-end home espresso gear, on top of specialty coffee beans.

Beyond the mainstream brands, here are some unique roasters worth seeking out. Shinkirou Coffee from Tokyo will be featured at the Japan coffee pavilion. You’ll find their Ethiopia Sidama Dembi #2, known for its vibrant fruity flavour, and Colombia Granja Paraíso 92—Ombligon, with more intense fruity and acidic notes. Prices are TBD.

Another highlight is Yorz Coffee, a Singapore-based organic grower with cultivation grounds in Yunnan, China. Its specialties include Ou Yang Natural, Wine Natural, and YORZ Espresso Blend. Meanwhile, KenntaRoast is a Singaporean boutique micro-roastery that makes experimental specialty coffees in small batches.

You can also look forward to events happening throughout the three days, including social media giveaways, interactive board games, passport trail adventures, and a bean discovery bar.

That’s not all: Fans can learn more about coffee roasting at the Singapore Coffee Roasting Team Championship 2026, where teams will compete for the chance to represent Singapore at the upcoming ASEAN Coffee Roasting Championship 2027.
