Squisito isn’t that new a restaurant, having been around since 2019. In 2022, they were nominated by local halal food directory Halal Food Hunt for four awards: Best Italian Food, Best Pasta, Best Steak, and Best Pizza, of which app users voted them the winner for best halal pasta in Singapore!

Start with their Beef Wellington ($36++) which stars beef tenderloin, rolled in chopped mushrooms and pistachio pate, then wrapped in turkey ham and pastry and baked. It’s served with a side of mashed potatoes and jus.

While you’re here, get their popular pasta dishes, including Nero di seppia ($24++), a squid ink spaghetti tossed with prawns and squid, then served in spicy tomato beef sauce. Otherwise, go for a classic Vongole ($21++), full of Littleneck clams.

If you’d like something different, go for their highly raved gnocchi dishes. There’s Gnocchi al Tartufo ($22++) which sees handmade gnocchi drenched in mushroom truffle sauce and topped with truffle pate. For more oomph, you can even top up $6++ to add sliced truffle to your dish.

Squisito also has unique stuffed gnocchi, such as Manzo Ripieno ($24++), a spicy beef-stuffed gnocchi dish, dressed in creamy mushroom sauce. If you prefer something with fish, get their Salmon Gnocchi ($24++). This sees gnocchi stuffed with salmon and cream cheese, served in a base of asparagus tomato cream sauce.
To load up on carbs, you can also try their new creation, Charcoal Pizza ($25++)—a bamboo charcoal pizza boasting toppings of smoked salmon, ricotta, fresh tomatoes, and rucola.
