Here’s the catch: you’ll need to spend $11 on a single receipt to enjoy one designated dish for $1 from the same stall. With every $11, you get to enjoy this deal, which means you can get two dishes for $2 if you purchase $22 worth of food at any given stall!

You can enjoy piping hot QQ Sweet Potato Balls (U.P. $6) at just $1. These are fried with a machine that’s specially imported from Taiwan. During our visit in July, these balls were crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside.

There’s also $1 Sanchong Braised Pork Rice (U.P. $5) AKA lu rou fan when you spend $11 at the stall. They have other dishes including noodles and sides, so it wouldn’t be hard to hit the minimum spend.
