The rich flavour of the broth, infused with warm spices, comes from more than 10 hours of simmering. Alternatively, you can try their Bún Noodle with Softshell Crab & Fried Spring Rolls ($14.80++) if you fancy something different. While the pho and bún noodles alone make for a satisfying meal, their Mixed Appetisers ($16.20++) is ideal for sharing if you’re dining in with your friends or family, and want something to munch on before your mains.
