I’m sure we’ve all had crepes and creme brulee before, but how many of you can actually say you’ve tried a fusion of both? Well, if you’re wondering what this one-of-a-kind combination would be like, drop by The Brulee in Bugis to see for yourself!

Simply put, a “crepe brulee” is essentially your usual crepes topped with a hardened layer of caramelised sugar. These desserts are made freshly upon order, so you can see your order prepared right in front of you!

Priced at $9, the cafe currently has five different crepe brulee flavours on rotation. Flavours include Apple Crumble, Chempedak, Tiramisu, Nutella, and The Classic

We highly recommend trying The Classic as this is one of their best-sellers. It consists of fresh cream, chunks of cheesecake, strawberry, and custard, all encased in a crepe that’s topped by that layer of caramelised sugar.

The Nutella flavour comes with a generous amount of Nutella spread, custard, and coco pops, providing a crunchy texture. Chocolate lovers would definitely enjoy this!

Matcha fans should try their MatchaMarsh ($6), which consists of a hot matcha latte topped with toasted marshmallows. This drink is definitely on the sweeter side though!

The newly opened cafe is in between Bugis MRT Station and Lavender MRT Station, both 10 minutes away from the cafe. Although the cafe is quite small, there are seats outside available for those who opt to dine in!
