Tsui Wah opens at Clarke Quay Central with supper menu
Great news for those who love Hong Kong food: popular cha chaan teng Tsui Wah has opened at Clarke Quay Central! There’s also a Late Night Eats HK-Style menu that’s available on Fridays, Saturdays, and eve of public holidays from 9:15pm to 2am.
This comes as good news for night owls, as you can satisfy your supper cravings at the new joint after a night of drinking or partying.

From the Late Night Eats HK-Style menu, look forward to legit Hong Kong fare ranging from noodles to sandwiches and snacks, alongside the chain’s signature drinks.
To start, there’s the Crispy Bun with Condensed Milk ($4.20++), starring two halved buns toasted and drizzled with condensed milk. Pair this with a cup of hot Milk Tea ($3.80++)Â for the ultimate late-night snack!
On to the mains: you’ll find a nice selection of noodle dishes here, such as the Kagoshima-style Pork Cartilage with Tossed Instant Noodles ($10.80++). There’s also the quintessential Wontons with Shrimp Roe with Tossed Noodles ($11.80++), a zhnged-up rendition of HK-style wonton mee. But if you’re a seafood person, try the King Prawns in XO Sauce with Tossed Noodles ($14.80), which is pictured above.
Tsui Wah also offers some hearty rice dishes. While you’ll find baked rice, egg fried rice, and other classic picks here, we recommend you try the Steamed Rice with Pork Cartilage on Scambled Egg and Black Truffle Paste (price TBD), an exciting new dish that combines succulent pork cartilage, fluffy eggs, and aromatic black truffle to great effect.
If you’re visiting late, do note that the last order is 1:15am.
