This comes as good news for night owls, as you can satisfy your supper cravings at the new joint after a night of drinking or partying.

To start, there’s the Crispy Bun with Condensed Milk ($4.20++), starring two halved buns toasted and drizzled with condensed milk. Pair this with a cup of hot Milk Tea ($3.80++) for the ultimate late-night snack!

On to the mains: you’ll find a nice selection of noodle dishes here, such as the Kagoshima-style Pork Cartilage with Tossed Instant Noodles ($10.80++). There’s also the quintessential Wontons with Shrimp Roe with Tossed Noodles ($11.80++), a zhnged-up rendition of HK-style wonton mee. But if you’re a seafood person, try the King Prawns in XO Sauce with Tossed Noodles ($14.80), which is pictured above.

Tsui Wah also offers some hearty rice dishes. While you’ll find baked rice, egg fried rice, and other classic picks here, we recommend you try the Steamed Rice with Pork Cartilage on Scambled Egg and Black Truffle Paste (price TBD), an exciting new dish that combines succulent pork cartilage, fluffy eggs, and aromatic black truffle to great effect.

If you’re visiting late, do note that the last order is 1:15am.
