Tsujiri Premium has matcha desserts at One Holland Village

Matcha fans will undoubtedly be familiar with Tsujiri, a teahouse chain that specialises in the Japanese drink in question. In January this year, the brand opened a new cafe in One Holland Village with fancier interiors and treats. This more bougie approach is why this outlet is named Tsujiri Premium.

If you’ve been to Tsujiri’s other outlets in Singapore, you’ll quickly realise that, appearance-wise, they’re a far cry from Tsujiri Premium. Aside from being significantly more sizeable, the grey-and-gold colour scheme and more comfortable furnishing make this a pleasing space to be in.

You’ll find exquisite matcha treats here, which range from cakes such as Matcha Basque Cheesecake and Kurogoma Crepe Cake (prices TBD) to frozen desserts including Premium Matcha Parfait ($15.80++). You’ll also find plenty of Gelato (from $5.80) flavours here, including Houjicha, Amaou Strawberrty, and Wasabi White Chocolate.

Unlike the other outlets, this Tsujiri also offers mains, sides, and other snacks. These include the Unagi Cold Spaghetti with House Sauce ($18.80++), Salmon Ikura Ochazuke ($18.80++), Japanese Style Egg Salad Croissant ($17.80++) and more.
