Warabimochi Kamakura has new Golden Cocoa flavour with MILO

Here’s another SG60 food launch to check out: Warabimochi Kamakura has teamed up with MILO to launch the limited-time-only Golden Cocoa Warabimochi. Available from 4 August to 31 August 2025, this collab is a must-try for all MILO fans!
This is not the first time a Japanese F&B brand has partnered with MILO. Earlier this year, Mister Donut launched a MILO doughnut series that saw long queues at selected stores. Similarly, MILO-themed plushies and MILO x Adidas shirts have rolled out recently, in line with Singapore’s 60th birthday celebration.

The special flavour features Warabimochi Kamakura’s signature warabimochi, prepared with a secret recipe comprising 100% bracken starch for a light and silky-smooth finish.

Traditionally, warabimochi is rolled in premium kinako powder. The Golden Cocoa Warabimochi is coated in sweet and malty MILO powder, and then topped with a sprinkle of Nestum cereal for extra nuttiness. The whole shebang is finished with a light dusting of edible gold for extra pizzazz.
You can get it in two sizes—five pieces for $9.90 and 10 pieces for $16.90—at the brand’s five outlets: One Holland Village, Waterway Point, Takashimaya Shopping Centre, JEM, and Taste Orchard.
While you’re there, check out Warabimochi Kamakura’s range of mochi-infused drinks, including their Matcha Latte Warabimochi Drink (from $7.90+). For those who prefer their matcha drinks as they are, opt for the Iced Matcha (from $5.90+) or Iced Matcha Latte (from $6.90+) instead.
