Wong Fu Fu has 5-litre mega matcha latte from 19 June

You may remember Wong Fu Fu’s 10-litre milk tea, which wowed the internet with its ludicrous size and giant pearls. The Taiwanese eatery is not done with this oversized gimmick, however, as it is set to launch the 5-litre MEGA Matcha Latte ($59.90+) on 19 June 2025. This drink will be around for two whole months, giving you plenty of time to try this absolute unit.

The image above compares a regular glass of matcha with this behemoth of a drink. We reckon that it’ll take 10 or more people to finish all that matcha.

For a trendier spin, opt for the MEGA Strawberry Matcha Latte ($69.90+) instead. While we can’t say if this rendition is better than the OG MEGA matcha latte, it certainly makes for a more eye-catching photo, as you can see in the picture above.

These 5-litre matcha latte drinks will be launched in conjunction with the Crayon Shin-chan pop-up cafe, happening within Wong Fu Fu’s premises. This pop-up promises an array of food and drinks inspired by the popular anime and manga series of the same name. Some dishes available at the pop-up include the Seafood Curry Rice ($23.90+). The dish is moulded to resemble Shin-chan’s rump, which is a cute, if not slightly disturbing, presentation of classic Japanese curry rice.

There will be some Crayon Shin-chan-themed sweet treats as well, including the Piak! Piak! Shinchan Butt Parfait ($12.90+). Exciting times are ahead for Wong Fu Fu!
