A.K Zai Lok Lok launches $18.90++ lok lok buffet before its closure
As someone who gets cuteness aggression whenever I spot a furry feline, I was sad to learn about popular lok lok and cat cafe A.K Zai Lok Lok’s upcoming closure. In a post on their Instagram page, the Chinatown eatery announced that they’re shutting their doors on 22 May 2026 due to rising rent. That said, they’re ending things on a high note, offering their buffet at a special price of just $18.90++ per person.

The buffet gets you access to over 40 types of lok lok, including seafood, meat, and veggie items.

Top picks include their fresh salmon, prawn, shishamo, duck, and their ever-popular enoki pork belly skewers.

They’ve also got a ton of delicious house-made sauces to pair your skewers with, including satay, nacho cheese, black pepper, and chilli crab sauces.

Apart from having your lok lok fried the OG way, spice lovers can also opt to have them prepared with noodles in mala xiang guo-style, at no additional cost.

After devouring your meal, head to the second floor for their cat cafe. There’s normally an entrance fee, but as part of the promo, you get to feed and play with all their 11 adorable cats for free!
Make sure to head down soon, as they only have around a month left till they close for good.
