If you’re a Korean BBQ fan, there’s another reason to head to HarbourFront! Kott-Don 360, the Korean BBQ brand behind the popular Flower Pig 360 restaurant in Tanjong Pagar, has just opened its second outlet at VivoCity. Building on the success of their first mall outlet at Paya Lebar Quarter, the new restaurant offers their signature premium wet-aged meats along with exclusive Hanwoo beef dishes.

You’ll know you’ve arrived at Kott-Don 360 the moment you spot the restaurant’s cave-inspired entrance. Inside, the dining hall draws on traditional Korean Hanok architecture, with wooden fixtures, Hanok-style roofing details and soft ambient lighting. Traditional-style seating areas add to the communal feel, and staff are on hand to assist with table-side grilling.

The name “360” isn’t just for show—every cut of meat undergoes a 360-hour wet-ageing process that tenderises the fibres and enhances the meat’s natural flavour, while keeping it juicy. Before ageing, each cut also goes through the brand’s signature flower-cut technique, where precise angled cuts are scored into the meat in a floral pattern for more even grilling.

The menu features premium meats designed for sharing, including Duroc Black Pork, Jeju Black Pork and—exclusive to the VivoCity outlet—Hanwoo Beef. Hanwoo beef sets start from $268++ and get you 450g of beef across various cuts, served with Hanwoo Ssam Bap, AKA Korean rice lettuce wraps. For a more accessible entry point, the signature Kott-Don Sets start from $75.90++.

Beyond the grill, the Beef Tartare Bibimbap ($31++) combines Wagyu beef tartare with shredded egg, seaweed, water spinach and a pasteurised egg yolk, while the refreshing Cold Kimchi Noodle ($16.90++) features soft noodles in a chilled fermented kimchi broth.

For something comforting, the Kettle-Pot Fish Cake Soup ($55++) features imported Busan fish cake skewers in a radish, leek and anchovy broth, while the Black Pork Kimchi Soup ($18.90++) is a hearty stew of Duroc black pork, kimchi, tofu and spring onions. Both dishes are refillable.

The restaurant also features a free-flow banchan spread, which includes house-made kimchi prepared fresh daily, japchae, pickled radish and kelp noodle salad.
