3. The Buffet (M Hotel Singapore)
Look forward to a feast at The Buffet Restaurant in M Hotel Singapore. The International Lunch Buffet ($50++) features seafood such as plump prawns, clams and mussels, as well as an array of noodles including pasta. Indian cuisine takes centre stage from now until the end of April with items such as vadai, lamb kofta masala and fish curry kerab. 5. Town Restaurant (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore)
