2. The Dining Room (Sheraton Towers Singapore)
With its elegant interior and quiet ambience, The Dining Room is the ideal setting for an intimate conversation. Chope a seat by the window and soak up the view of the waterfall as you indulge in their dinner buffet ($78++). This lavish spread treats you to quality seafood, including snow crab and river scampi. Equally exciting is their International Cuisine Gallery, which reels you in with crisp roasted duck and salted egg yolk crab.

3. Triple Three (Mandarin Orchard Singapore)
Given the sheer variety of food at Triple Three, you may actually find yourself lost while wandering about their Daily Dinner Delights Buffet ($88++ on Sun-Wed, $108++ on Thur-Sat). You can find just about everything here, whether it’s teppanyaki or customisable pasta. A must-visit is their live oyster station, which showcases huge and juicy Sakoshi Bay Oysters.
Triple Three also offers everyday specials including International Mondays, Kumamoto Wagyu Wednesdays, and Lobster Weekend. Drop by on Foie Gras Tuesdays and spoil yourself with pan-seared foie gras with truffle miso and daikon. Or if you prefer seafood, Shelled Thursdays offer crustacean creations such as stuffed crab shell with miso butter.

4. J65 (Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore by Shangri-la)
Weekends are meant for self-indulgence, so eat your stress away at the Saturday High Tea Buffet ($65++) offered by J65! Start with their Singapore Laksa before moving onto their aromatic Nasi Lemak Pandan and chicken rendang. If you’re craving finger food, there’s assorted maki & sushi available as well. End off your meal with a warm cup of teh tarik and the various Nyonya kueh available.
Their Daily Seafood Buffet Dinner is pretty lit too. We especially recommend their Lobster Rock ‘n’ Roll Buffet ($85++), that’s only available on Wednesday and features 10 types of lobster-style dishes!

5. Carnivore
For any meat-lover, the Brazilian churrasco (barbecued meat) Buffet Dinner ($52++) offered by Carnivore is sheer paradise. Start by choosing from their free-flow salad bar, which features Brazilian classics such as Feijoada (Brazilian black bean stew) and Arroz Brasileiro (Brazilian garlic rice).
Once you’re done, flip the circular token on your table to green and the roving Passadors will bring huge skewers of meat to carve onto your plate. The crowning glory is their Picanha, which features slabs of beef rump cap grilled to a delicious Maillard-brown. Lightly seasoned with rock salt, it marries nicely with their tangy chimichurri sauce.
Churrasco is best eaten in a group, so jio your friends for a night of meat galore at CHIJMES. Plus, if you pay with your Maybank Credit or Debit card, one person dines free with every three paying adults as well.

From the palace-like interior to Michelin-starred menu, The Song Of India plants you firmly in the lap of luxury the moment you walk through its doors. Pamper yourself at their weekday lunch buffet ($36.90++) and savour their Mint Fish Tikka, Goan Fish Curry, and Lamb Chop Masala! You will also get a complimentary serving of their fluffy naan, which tastes superb with their creamy Butter Chicken and tangy curries.
Set a lunch date with your co-worker at The Song Of India and get 1-for-1 on their weekday lunch buffet. The savings don’t stop there, as you cinch 10% off their à la carte dishes as well. This promotion is valid until 31 December 2019, so there’s time for plenty of visits!

With its garden-like decor and gorgeous lighting, Picnic is an idyllic oasis within Orchard’s maze of shops. As the dishes from their à la carte buffet ($55+ for weekday lunch, $80+ for daily dinner and weekend lunch) are prepared à la minute, expect them to be served piping hot. Take a gastronomic tour from France to Japan at their various food trucks, and sample their Spanish Garlic Prawn Rösti, French Roast Chicken, and Mentaiko Pasta.
Don’t forget to pick up a complimentary Omakase Burger as well. Order the Deluxe Cheeseburger, which usually costs $19.90, and get a good bang for your dollar.

Step into Ash & Elm and you’ll be greeted with an abundance of natural light and comfortable chairs. Cast your worries aside and enjoy a restful Semi-Buffet Lunch ($38++) in this cosy setting, which comes with a choice of main.
As your main is being prepared, take a walk to their Charcuterie and Cheese room and sample the assortment of preserved meat. Special mention goes out to their Air Dried Pork Belly that unfurls with tinges of floral sweetness.
The various mains are equally impressive, with my favourite being their Grilled Australian Beef Striploin. A worthy treat for any carnivore, this thick slab of meat is dreamily tender. The gentlest bite unleashes a wave of moreish juices – a testament to its succulence.

One of Singapore’s classiest hotels, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is a fitting setting for Town Restaurant’s luxurious Brimming Buffet Dinner ($59++ on Sun-Thur, $85++ on Fri-Sat). This swanky restaurant offers a medley of local favourites and international treats, so there’s a bit of something for everyone.
Be sure to make a beeline for their crowd-pleasing Hainanese chicken rice. A garlicky aroma perfumes the rice and supplies an extra oomph to it. Sealing off this stellar dish is the steamed chicken, that’s both succulent and fall-off-the-bone tender.
Good things are best shared, so set a date and feast out with your squad at Town Restaurant. If you are a Maybank Cardmember, you can stretch your dollar too.
