Don’t be deceived by the name of the buffet, though, as the spread here is rather sumptuous. Originating from Bangkok, COCA Restaurant opened its doors in Singapore in 1987 and has been serving up affordable Thai-Chinese fare ever since. Their Classic Buffet costs $39++ for weekday lunches and $52++ for weekday dinners. The best part is that there are more than 65 a la carte buffet menu items, ranging from lesser-seen ingredients such as Korean oysters to hotpot classics such as cheese tofu and king oyster mushrooms. The buffet features a generous spread of 30 dishes from various key cuisines in Singapore.
