These include fresh seafood on ice, a carvery that offers slices of meat roasted to perfection, and a staggering selection of mains and sides from a variety of different cuisines. It’s hard to not be spoiled for choice! Typically, prices for the buffet start from $65++ per adult, but Citi Cardmembers enjoy an exclusive 20% off their total dining bill at the restaurant. Element at Amara Singapore offers diners a true-blue Singaporean feast with their Local Heritage Seafood Buffet Dinner menu, available from Tuesdays to Thursdays, and the Durian Fiesta Brunch, available every Sunday with unlimited MSW durians, beer, and sparkling wine. Unlike your usual continental buffet, Element hones in on offering diners an array of local classics, including free-flow bak kut teh, DIY laksa, build-your-own rojak and many more. 3. The Buffet Restaurant, M Hotel SingaporeÂ

Find Singapore’s first halal-certified hotpot buffet in the city centre at M Hotel. The hotel restaurant boasts views of the Singapore River—ideal for romantic dates, or when friends and family from out of town come visit. On the food front, Food Capital has a wide selection of dishes, though their seafood on ice selection takes the cake. Edge at Pan Pacific Singapore offers one of the best buffet line-ups we’ve seen so far, especially if you love seafood. The buffet has an extensive selection of seafood on ice, which includes free-flow half Boston lobsters, freshly shucked oysters, half-shell scallops and more. Also, their sashimi and sushi selections are equally varied, offering diners unlimited salmon, tuna, and even octopus slices. On to mains: there’s a plethora of Asian delights, both local and regional, as well as Mediterranean fare. If you’re a fan of Peranakan cuisine, then head down to Sun’s Café at Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore for an all-you-can-eat Peranakan food buffet. Head Chef Vincent has curated a menu with homely Nyonya dishes ranging from babi pongteh, chap chye, lemak laksa, pig’s stomach soup, beef rendang, sambal prawns, and a tempting array of desserts, including house-made kueh. 8. Plate, Carlton City Hotel SingaporeÂ

Surf and turf lovers, this one’s for you: Plate at Carlton City Hotel Singapore is offering a Sea & Grill dinner buffet, available every Friday and Saturday for dinner, till the end of the year. Dig into an array of fresh seafood on ice, including oysters, chilled Boston lobsters, half-shelled scallops, tiger prawns, snow crab legs and more. 9. Cafe Mosaic, Carlton Hotel SingaporeÂ

Cafe Mosaic is offering Citi Cardmembers 1-for-1 deals on two of its signature buffets: the Weekend Seafood Buffet (U.P. $128++ per adult), and their Weekday Lunch Buffet (U.P $88++ per adult). At the former, you get a smörgåsbord of fresh seafood, from king crab legs to oysters, sashimi, and an equally extensive variety of mains from various cuisines.
