Originally from Korea, the Dubai chewy cookie is essentially a mash-up of a Dubai chocolate bar and mochi. Crunchy kunafa pastry and pistachio cream form the centre, wrapped in soft and pillowy marshmallow “dough” and finished with a coating of cocoa powder.
