Genki Sushi is marking six years in Singapore with a celebration that’s as fun as it is tasty. From now till 12 November 2025, fans can look forward to a limited-time menu featuring popular series such as Thick-Cut and Dai Man Zoku, alongside new collectable plushie sling bags!
We’re most excited for the new range of plushie sling bags, available both in-store and through Fun Claw machines. Diners who spend $60 in a single receipt will receive a blind box containing one of four designs: Ebi-Kun, Tama-Chan, Mentai-San, or Ikura-Chan.
Each plushie features a fuzzy sushi rice body, complete with a strap and zip for small essentials. The toppings are detachable and swappable, so you can mix and match if you collect more than one.
There’s also a secret design—Ikura-Chan—exclusive to Genki Premium Members.
Each plushie comes with a $10 Genki voucher, redeemable with a minimum of $50 spend on the next visit.
Fans can also look forward to a special anniversary menu, available at all 21 Genki Sushi restaurants. It highlights the chain’s crowd favourite items, including the Authentic Trio ($7.90++)—a mix of hotate, salmon, and hamachi sashimi that showcases clean, classic flavours. Tuna lovers can opt for the Tuna Trio ($9.9++), with otoro, chutoro, and maguro cuts offering a rich range of textures and taste. The Umami Trio ($3.80++) delivers torched unagi, teriyaki saba, and halibut for a smoky, savoury bite.
Those who prefer a heartier meal can go for the Thick-Cut Series, which offers chunkier slices of salmon. Try the Thick-Cut Salmon with Ikura ($2.90++) for a burst of umami from salmon roe, or spice things up with the Thick-Cut Salmon with Spicy Miso ($2.30++).
The Dai Man Zoku Series also returns, featuring oversized sushi such as the Unagi Cheese Dai Man Zoku ($2.90) and the Akaebi Garlic Butter Dai Man Zoku ($2.80). These larger-than-usual pieces are designed for maximum satisfaction.
The plushie bags and anniversary menu are available until 12 November 2025 at all Genki Sushi outlets. Membership sign-up details can be found at genkisushi.com.sg/membership.
