Giant Tampines has cheap durian buffet for a limited time

The durian season is unofficially upon us! Giant Tampines Hypermarket is running a cheap durian buffet where you can get free-flow Mao Shan Wang, Black Gold durian and more from just $38, for three days only.
The Durian Buffet Party takes place from 2 to 4 June 2023, 3pm to 9pm at the 24-hour Giant Tampines Hypermarket. Choose from two options: the Normal Durian Buffet, or Premium Durian Buffet. Both buffets have a one-hour limit.

The former is priced at $38 per person if you register by 1 June on Giant’s website and $48 for walk-ins. You get to enjoy 100g Mao Shan Wang and 100g Black Gold, alongside unlimited portions of other durian varieties.
The more premium option costs $68 per person for early bird registrations and $78Â if you walk in. For this buffet, you get free-flow Mao Shan Wang, Black Gold, and other varieties.

On top of the durian buffet, durian fans can look forward to cheap durians from now till 22 June. The selection includes Red Prawn, MSW, Black Pearl, Golden Phoenix, and D13. If you’re lucky, you can even snag a durian for $2 each, limited to two pieces per person.

The durian sale runs from 12pm to 10pm daily, though we’d recommend popping by earlier to get the best deals before they run out.
