Like a high-ranking duke, Duke Bakery definitively stands as my top five bakeries in the land of bread. Every bread coming out of the oven is soft as clouds, and variety is the name of the bakery’s game.
They offer a good mix of sweet or savoury options such as Matcha Roll with Mochi ($5), Okinawa Brown Sugar ($4.50), Dr Figure Pesto Bread ($5.50), and Fermented Mango ($5.50).
