This restaurant at One Farrer Hotel Connexion is running the buffet till 30 June 2025.

Get unlimited servings of steamed or fried dim sum dishes such as the Steamed Fresh Prawn Dumpling, Steamed Wontan with Spicy Sauce, and Fried Carrot Cake with X.O. Sauce. The selection also includes innovative dishes such as Crisp-fried Kurobuta Pork with Bell Pepper and Yam Dumpling, and Shanghai Bak Kut Teh Xiao Long Bao, which is limited to one serving per table.

You can enjoy unlimited servings of Baked Mini Egg Tartlets, too. These come in petite, bite-sized portions, leaving you room for other dim sum items.
For variety, each table also comes with a choice of three main course dishes from the menu, with options including the Wok-Fried Hor Fun with Sliced Beef, Sautéed Sliced Fish with Seasonal Vegetables, and Wok-fried Prawn with Garlic and Shallot.

You can expect premium offerings in their buffet, too. You can get one serving of soup, with options such as the Diced Chicken and Corn Bisque, Braised Shark’s Fin with Crabmeat, or the Double-boiled Nourishing Soup of the Day if you are looking for a surprise.Â

Each table also gets to order their Whole Roasted Peking Duck at a special rate of $50++ as compared to the usual price of $83++. The first serving will come with roasted duck skin slices wrapped in crepe with an accompaniment of spring onion, cucumbers, and sweet bean sauce. Then, you can opt for the second serving of carved duck meat to be Chopped And Served, Fried with Salt and Pepper, or Fried with Spring Onion And Ginger. There’s also the option of having the Stewed Ee-Fu Noodle with Shredded Duck.Â
This lunch buffet starts from 11am on weekdays only, and dining time is limited to an hour and 45 minutes. Book an early time slot before the restaurant takes a break at 3pm! Reservations are required for the dim sum buffet; simply call the restaurant’s number to make a booking.
If you’re here on a weekend, the dim sum brunch buffet is priced from $33++ per person. There’s also a dinner buffet that starts at $38.80++ per person.
