Helmed by an adept baker by the name of Julie Tay, Julie’s Bagel Museum is a home-based business under The Flour Department, a bakery that specialises in locally inspired pastries. What’s interesting about the bagel shop is that they offer seasonal bagels that change up from time to time. To get your hands on the different flavours before they are gone, do keep track of their social media platforms, and place your pre-orders as fast as possible!

Matcha Strawberry Mochi Bagel ($10) was one of their most recent flavours, and it seems to be, by far, the best-selling one. The matcha-flavoured bagel is packed with strawberry jam and cream cheese, and here comes the best part—sandwiched in between are a generous amount of mochi and matcha-infused terrine.

Many online reviews point to the fact that the stretchy mochi, rich matcha flavour, and luscious jam are a match made in heaven. In fact, this flavour garnered so much love that it was recently back by popular demand, though orders are closed at the moment. Manifesting that it makes a comeback soon!

Sweet and savoury combination lovers will dig their Salted French Butter, Maple Pancake, Crunch Peanut Butter Bagel ($12). You’ll find a layer of maple pancake in between the bagel, which is said to be the cherry on top. It seems like customers love this bagel flavour as the slab of salted butter complements the sweet and crunchy peanut butter really well. We’re not certain if it’ll will be available at the upcoming drop, so check out their Instagram page for the latest updates!

Their Earl Grey Hojicha Yuzu Bagel was the flavour of the month in June. If you enjoy citrusy flavours, this bagel might just be the one for you thanks to the prominent taste of yuzu jam. Also, the combination of hojicha terrine and earl grey bagel makes this tea-infused number extra fragrant and all the more delectable.

Alternatively, get their Blueberry Taro Coconut Bagel ($7.50), which features creamy and thick orh nee paste, shredded coconut, and blueberry cream cheese. Plus, you get a bit of tangy flavour from the blueberry jam to complement the richness of the other components!

Check their Instagram page for the next bagel drop and keep your eyes peeled for more flavours!
