There’s not much information on the exact lineup of pastries one can expect at the latest Jewel branch, but we know that classics such as Almond Croissant ($5++) and their famous cruffins are available.

There’s also the OG Sor Hei ($5.40++), which nods to the majie of Singapore back in the 1930s to 1970s. The black and white pastry, inspired by the majie’s hair bun, comes with chocolate chips within.

You’ll also find an all-new Cereal Prawn Croissant Eclair ($7.50++), comprising cereal prawn bits atop an eclair-shaped puff pastry bake.

Don’t miss the Palm Beach ($8.80++), too. This outlet-exclusive pandan cheesecake comes with fresh coconut mousse on top.

Another new addition to the Keong Saik Bakery lineup is the Cactus ($8.80++), a cute tart featuring matcha sponge and nama chocolate in the middle, paired with a crunchy chocolate crumble.

Otherwise, if you want something more substantial instead, the cafe offers sandwiches such as Ham & Cheese Baguette ($11.90++) and Croque Monsieur ($11.90++): Gruyere cheese, smoked ham, and bechamel in between rye bread.
