Call me carnivorous, but I find plenty of satisfaction when I sink my teeth into a piece of meat, with juices dripping down my hand. Whether it’s a fork-tender BBQ baby back ribs, a succulent filet mignon, or a simple herb-roasted chicken, I will never say no to meat. The next time you’re hankering for a protein overload, head to these restaurants for meat lovers!
1. Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore
As the name suggests, Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore specialises in prime rib, all of which are slow-roasted and served with a side of yorkshire pudding. There are different sizes to choose from, but the most popular is the 285-gram The Lawry’s Cut ($120++). Cooked to perfection, the massive slab of beefy goodness has a nice layer of fat that melts in your mouth. Aside from prime ribs, other must-try items include the scrummy Traditional Lump Crab Cake ($30++) and Atlantic Lobster Duo ($73++).

2. Moustachio
Situated along lively drinking stretch, Cuppage, Moustachio is easily spotted by its bright pink Hacienda-style entryway, colourful chairs, and sombreros decorating the space. Pair your tipple with some scrumptious Mexican fare, such as the Torch Ginger Pork Ribs ($22++) that’s glazed with a sweet chilli sauce. Exceptionally soft is the Chicken Fajitas ($22++), which comes served with an array of dips and warm tortillas

3. La Brasserie (The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore)
Highlighted by a splendour interior, dining at La Brasserie makes for a memorable experience. Best known for their Suprême De Canard Confit ($44++), the duck confit is heavily spiced and rich in umami. The Filet Mignon Rossini ($71++) also deserves a noteworthy mention, with its succulent beef tenderloin that’s accompanied by a sliver of creamy foie gras. Suitable for two meat-loving eaters is the Grilled Côte De Boeuf ($101++); 500-gram worth of thyme butter-basted rib-eye that’s extremely juicy.

4. Shunjuu Izakaya
Swing by Shunjuu Izakaya for lunch. On the menu you will find a Mixed Grill Set ($25++), comprising five skewers including bacon-wrapped scallops, beef short rib, and mushroom stuffed with minced chicken. Another dish worth mentioning is the Wakadori Karaage Don ($13++), for its generous portion of crispy chicken. For something comforting, order the Wagyu Yaki Kishimen ($25++), where the noodles are coated in a sweet yet savoury sauce that tastes like sukiyaki seasoning.

At House of Mu, you will find a sumptuous array of meat-heavy creations that excite. Sink your teeth into their US Black Angus Ribeye ($32++), which is accompanied by garden greens, house-made mustard, and black pepper sauce. For those who love lamb, the New Zealand Lamb Rack ($32++) is full of moreish gamey flavour. We also really enjoyed the Challan Duck Breast ($26++) – a herb-infused breast that was soft to bite, and paired with a tangy dressing.

The menu at Flaming Don features hearty meat-centric rice bowls that will definitely fill you up well. Expect to leave feeling extremely satisfied when you indulge in their delicious charcoal-grilled donburi such as Miso Buta Yaki Don ($10.90+) and their Signature Flaming Beef Don ($17.90+), which features dice cut Australian tenderloin and an onsen egg.
