One of the most exciting brands making an appearance this year is Maruchan Takoyaki from Kyoto, famous for its teppan-style treats. We’re also looking forward to checking out Ryu-minmin, an Okinawan gyoza specialist making its Singapore debut with a Tuna Gyoza created exclusively for this food festival. Joining them is Mamiya Fish Cake, known for their tarashi tempura with flavours such as Fried Garlic and Carrot & Burdock.

Taiwan also brings some serious heavy-hitters, including Good Meet Fishball Taiwan, a Kaohsiung brand with over 100 years of history, specialising in handmade sailfish fish balls. If you love scallion pancakes, don’t miss out on the ones from Uncle Onion; otherwise, drop by Joy Joy Golden’s booth for their Golden Cheese Apple Rice Cakes and Black Truffle Mushroom Rice Cakes that are also great for gifting!

On the local front, Lian Huat Seafood is teaming up with heritage brand Moh Swee Kee for a food fair exclusive—light and fluffy Japanese rice balls served alongside crispy fried chicken. Black Otah Lab by Hougang Otah will also make an appearance with their Black Lava Otah Mantou, a charcoal bun stuffed with aromatic otah and a molten lava core. If you caught Kwazy Korndog at GastroBeats 2026, you’ll be glad to know they’re back here too with their Korean-style corndogs done with a local twist.

aifokato

Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy AiFOKATO’s desserts—they specialise in affogato with artisanal gelato paired with espresso, matcha or chocolate. Pancake lovers can also try Kremi’s Harajuku-style Japanese crepes, with an exclusive Japanese Melon Crepe made just for this event. The viral Gotcha Matcha, which has already sold over 80,000 cups of matcha lattes, will also be boothing here with an exclusive Takashimaya menu, so keep a lookout for that!

That’s not all: DBS/POSB and DBS Takashimaya Cardholders can look forward to perks across three weekends, including a $10 F&B voucher (11 June to 14 June), a free Azabu Sabo ice cream voucher (18 June to 21 June), and $5 Food Village Vouchers (25 June to 28 June), each with a minimum spend required.
