Directly imported from Spain, the fatty Iberico pork belly boasts a smoky flavour when grilled, along with a rich, nutty undertone.

Meow Barbecue also provides different sauces and dips to accompany your meat. Each sauce comes with a description to help diners choose the best pairing for their protein. Options include Grapefruit Juice, known for its refreshing tang that complements fattier cuts, and Omnipotent Seasoning, a dry powder infused with Indian spices.

A la carte meat platters are also available, including the Meow Signature Spicy Beef With Pickled Peppers (S$19.80++). This dish features delicately marbled beef slices from grain-fed, 129-day-old cattle, topped with pickled chillies for acidity. Enjoy the succulent beef on its own, or pair it with a bowl of Signature Savory Rice ($3.80++), cooked with dark soy sauce to help balance out the meat’s spiciness.

Good for sharing is the Spicy Mala Cucumber ($5.80++), starring juicy cucumbers doused in an appetising, zesty sauce. Despite its name, it’s not overly spicy; instead, it offers a refreshing kick.

End your meal with the Signature Caramel Pudding ($6.80++), served in the shape of a cat paw. This creamy dessert, reminiscent of creme brulee, is a good balance between milky and eggy.
