Mini Bae is a new Korean bakery with mini croissants at AMK Hub
If you live in Ang Mo Kio and are fond of sweet treats, we have just the news for you. A new Korean-inspired kiosk has opened in Basement 2 of AMK Hub, offering mini croissants and other bakes with a pay-by-weight system.

The treats here are freshly baked daily, with a rotating selection of flavours that changes weekly or fortnightly. When we visited, options such as the Mini Jeju Matcha Butter Croissant were sold out, but we hear it will be making a comeback in the weeks to come.
The simplest option here, though no less tasty, is the Mini Honey Butter Croissant. Priced at $2.80 per 100g, which gets you around three pieces, this light, flaky treat was wonderfully buttery, with a layer of sweet honey for extra flavour.
Level up with the Mini Choco Kiss Butter Croissant ($3.80 per 100g), featuring a Nutella core and a dusting of cocoa butter. We found this treat thoroughly decadent, but because it came in bite-sized pieces, it was easy to pace ourselves without feeling it was too jelak.
Equally rich is the Mini Peanut Butter Cloud Butter Croissant ($3.90 per 100g). With a peanut butter filling and crushed peanuts crowning the petite bake, the contrast between creamy and crunchy textures made this treat well worth it.
Speaking of peanuts, be sure to try the Mini Nutty Bae as well. At $0.85 per cookie, this is the cheapest treat on the menu—though it does pack a flavourful punch on its own, thanks to the chunky peanut paste and crumbly, peanut-shaped exterior.
Said to be 95% cheese, the Mini Golden Cheesecake Bars ($3.80 per 50g) are another treat that packs a ton of richness for their size. Due to the rotating flavours, we’re only scratching the surface of Mini Bae’s offerings, so do check back at the kiosk now and then to see what’s new!
