Miracle Coffee by JJ Lin opens at ArtScience Museum in Marina Bay Sands
After a year-long pop-up at Marina Bay Sands’ Rain Oculus, JJ Lin’s Miracle Coffee has finally opened a permanent cafe at the ArtScience Museum lobby! Taking over the space of Miracle x SweetSpot, their second kiosk which was also launched last year, the new cafe features their signature range of pour-overs made from single-origin beans, along with a brand new food menu.

The cafe is expansive, showcasing a chic counter with clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic. Beyond the Scandinavian-inspired furnishings and blue accents, one of its distinctive features is the enchanting cloud installation that gracefully hovers above the counter.
Fans of the cafe can expect the return of Singapore-exclusive beverages, including Kaya Cloud ($9): Americano topped with velvety fresh cream cap, flavoured with kaya and finished with shaved gula melaka. This is one of our favourite drinks from Miracle Coffee, as it features a light roast that pairs well with the slightly salted kaya cream.
The flagship will also house The Miracle Lab, described as a sharing platform to facilitate conversations around coffee and innovation. The first edition of the series features three local coffee roasters—Equate Coffee, Glyph Supply Co, and Homeground—to discuss roasting techniques, brewing methods, and sustainability practices.
Miracle Coffee has also collaborated with these coffee brands to craft a special coffee flight named The Miracle 4 ($20), available only until 10 December 2023. The proceeds from the sales of these exclusive beverages will be donated to charity.
One new item on the menu is Miracle Dream, which blends single-origin espresso with coconut water, tangy lime juice, and butterfly blue pea. There’s also Miracle Equate, a nutty cold brew mixed with crisp tonic water and chrysanthemum tea, as well as Miracle Glyph—refreshing with notes of citrus, pear, and elderflower. We don’t have prices for all the items, but will update this article when we get more information.
The cafe has also collaborated with Marina Bay Sands’ Executive Pastry Chef Hoi Kuok to curate a new food menu featuring locally inspired light bites, including an Asian Mushroom wrap, Laksa Prawn sandwich, and Crab Otah sandwich. Our top pick was the Crab Otah, comprising brioche buns enveloping otah, complemented by crunchy cucumbers and a flavourful spice blend.
While the savouries were scrumptious, our preference leaned toward the desserts. There’s the Rainbow Roti, inspired by the flavours of the nostalgic rainbow ice cream sandwich, paired with sweet corn, and the Kopi Choux, which stars an airy choux pastry piped with a light kopi cream.
A crowd favourite is the Thunder Cloud, a black sesame pastry crafted in the shape of a black cloud, decorated with a chocolate lightning bolt. Perched on a peanut butter biscuit, it encases a citrusy mousse filling infused with bits of orange and sea buckthorn.
The Weather Cloud presents the same cloud-shaped pastry, this time boasting a coconut mousse with bits of mango and passion fruit within the dessert.
