McDonald’s has teamed up with Old Chang Kee for a curry-inspired lineup. The Curry Potato Chicken Burger (from $9.20) stuffs a crispy chicken patty and fried egg with curry puff-style potato filling, while the Rendang Curry Beef Burger (from $9.50) layers a beef patty with rich, coconutty rendang sauce. Complete the meal with Curry McShaker Fries (top up $1.25) and the viral Curry Sauce Bottle (from $5.50).

Long John Silver’s is putting a Singaporean spin on breakfast and mains with their new chilli crab prata tacos. Choose between the Chilli Crab Chicken Prata Taco ($8.80) or Chilli Crab Alaska Pollock Prata Taco ($9.50), both wrapped in roti prata with egg mayo and fresh veg. Early risers can also try the Chicken Sausage & Egg Bolo Burger Set ($7.50), available during breakfast hours.

3. Ah Pui Teochew Porridge Buffet

Titled Savouring Singapore, this collab between Ah Pui Teochew Porridge Buffet and heritage sauce brand Kwong Cheong Thye offers an all-you-can-eat spread of over 20 dishes for just $28.80++ per person till 31 August. Look out for the Heritage Seafood Hong Kong Noodles and Classic Steamed Chicken, both built around Kwong Cheong Thye’s signature sauces, alongside Ah Pui’s usual porridge spread of Braised Duck and Pork Belly.

If you love local flavours, pillowy buns, and tasty toasts, Brew(ed) by Chubsmomm has rolled out a National Day-exclusive menu worth checking out.

The homegrown brand is known for giving familiar Singaporean flavours a modern twist, reimagining nostalgic favourites in creative bakes and drinks while staying true to the tastes many of us grew up with.

For the occasion, it has launched the Chilli Crab Toast ($10.50), a breakfast spin on the iconic Singaporean dish. 5. Mingfa Fishball Noodles x Taste of the Bay

Teochew heritage brand Mingfa Fishball Noodles has teamed up with viral fishmonger Taste of the Bay for a limited-edition Seafood Trio Squid Ink Noodles ($15.80), tossed in umami squid ink sauce and topped with tobiko and an onsen egg. The mildly spicy sauce builds a pleasant heat with each bite, best enjoyed with thinner mee kia noodles for maximum flavour absorption. Pair it with the Fresh Fried Sotong ($6.80) for a crispy side while you wait.

Springleaf Prata Place is marking SG61 with a rotating 61-day deal calendar.
