New in: Japan Rail Cafe is teaming up with Pompompurin, the lovable golden retriever from Sanrio, for their first-ever collab! The all-new Pompompurin-themed cafe isĀ scheduled to take place in Tanjong Pagar from 4 May to 14 June 2026.

Titled “Pompompurin Tohoku Trip”, the pop-up is packed with Tohoku-inspired treats, starting with the Pompompurin Curry Rice ($22.90++). Picture this: fluffy egg rice shaped like Pompompurin himself, soaking in a rich, savoury curry, served with crispy chicken karaage.
