Savour Park Sentosa is Singapore’s largest food truck festival
Mark your calendar for 13 to 15 September, and 20 to 22 September: Savour Park Sentosa, a huge food truck festival, will take place on these dates!
That’s not all: you’ll also find a series of exciting activities and events, including an outdoor cinema, a vintage car display, and a fun photo booth.
This new fair is touted to be Singapore’s largest food truck festival, with 11 participating food stalls to choose from. One highlight is Ashes Burnnit, a popular hawker chain with multiple stalls across the island. They’re known for their Muslim-friendly charcoal bun burgers, loaded with meaty fillings such as pulled beef and fried chicken.
Kwazy Korndogs will also make an appearance at Savour Park Sentosa.
Back when we featured them in our Gastrobeats 2024 article, we tried their Cheezy Corndog ($8). You’ll also find it here at Savoury Park Sentosa! This deep-fried snack stars a whole lot of gooey mozzarella cheese in the middle, coated with sugar on the outside for an addictive sweet-savoury combination.
If you’re up to try something different, visit Fatty Patty‘s kiosk. This hawker stall specialises in alcohol-infused burgers and charcoal-grilled meats.
Satisfy your sweet tooth cravings at SOHTT, where you’ll find Mochi Croffle priced at $12 for three pieces.
We opted for Pandan Kaya, Sweet Cheese, and Plain. Each croffle is baked to order, so you get it fresh and warm with stretchy mochi packed within.
The same brand also offers Sushi Taco in five flavours: Mentaiko Crab ($8), Teriyaki Unagi ($8), Sukiyaki Beef ($8), Teriyaki Scallop ($10), and Lobster Salad ($10). These unique snacks feature a crispy seaweed “taco” shell filled with furikake ebiko rice, shredded cucumber, egg, and your choice of topping.
Another must-try at the fair is Coned, which offers portable, edible cones in a range of savoury and sweet flavours.
Those who love pizza can try their Beef Pepperoni Pizza ($13) flavour, where a handheld pizza cone is filled with layers of cheese and pepperoni. Wash it all down with a Root Beer Float ($6)!
Otherwise, head to Cheezuto for their gram-worthy Rainbow Cheese Toast ($7)—rainbow-coloured mozzarella between two buttered toast slices.
Besides the aforementioned stalls, the food festival will also include Black Sugar, a popular Hong Kong chain known for their premium coffee.
We recommend the Citrus Breeze ($10), a refreshing mocktail comprising house espresso, citrus juice, oolong tea, earl grey syrup, and a non-alcohol spirit, Seedlip.
The pet-friendly event will run from 13 to 15 September, and 20 to 22 September, from 3pm to 10pm daily at Palawan Green, Sentosa. Here’s the best part: entry is free!
