Another easily recognisable stall, this time among fans of bak chor mee, is No. 25 Minced Meat Noodle. The stall’s creamy and thick tonkotsu-inspired soup that comes with each bowl of bak chor mee has won it many fans, and they look set to do the same in the Bukit Merah area. Other well-known stalls in SG Kopitiam include Fei Ma Yong Tau Foo, 161 Ban Mian, Man Tak Kei and more. At the time of writing, we aren’t sure about the prices at each stall yet, but the fact that they are set in a coffeeshop means they are likely to be generally affordable.
