Summer Bliss opens in Singapore with famous China desserts

Famous China dessert chain Summer Bliss, also known as Jing Ze Bing Tian (井泽冰甜), has landed on our shores! The popular brand originated in Chengdu and now has over 500 outlets across China.

Their latest international venture is at Kinex, a 1km walk from Paya Lebar MRT Station. This dessert cafe sports a muted palette with wood furnishings, contrasting against their bright and colourful desserts.

Fans love their Snow Ice series, available in trendy flavours such as Purple Taro Bliss ($15.90) and Dreamy Taro Bliss ($19.90)—the latter being an upsized version that can feed two to three diners.

There’s also the uber-cute Panda Ice Tube Dessert ($15.90) served in a bamboo-like bowl, topped with melon balls, assorted jellies, and an edible panda figurine.

Otherwise, you won’t wrong with the Mango Coco Bliss ($16.90) for a refreshing treat on a hot day!

If you’re dining alone, choose from their range of Hand Held Cup Series, priced at $11.90 each. An IG-worthy pick is the Cherry Blossom Bliss Cup, a pretty-in-pink dessert dolled up with sakura-inspired toppings.

Besides shaved ice desserts, Summer Bliss has a small selection of cakes too. Priced at $9.90 per piece, you can expect interesting flavours such as Blueberry Basque and Salted Egg Yolk Cake.

In related news, Taiwan-famous milk ice chain Yang Xiao Xian opened at Orchard Gateway last year! They’re most known for their Mango Milk Ice, available in an XXL portion that feeds three to five people.
