Tangled will open at Suntec City with fresh pasta
Fresh pasta is undeniably delicious but it often comes with a hefty price tag, especially if you dine in a fancy restaurant. Tangled, however, aims to debunk that with its range of fresh yet affordable pasta dishes. New in: the popular chain is opening its fifth outlet at Suntec City in December 2023!
For the uninitiated, Tangled rose to fame when they launched in 2021 with freshly made pastas that were mostly under $10. They started as a takeaway kiosk at Chinatown Point, before launching three other outlets across the island.
Regulars return for their Truffle Shuffle Shrooms ($8.90): mushrooms and pasta tossed in a creamy truffle sauce, topped with a poached egg for added creaminess.
Moo Ragu ($11.90) is another hit, especially among meat lovers. This hearty dish stars beef ragu that’s been slow-cooked for 16 hours, atop al dente pasta.
Based on what we see at the other outlets, we can expect the pasta at this upcoming Suntec City branch to be made fresh daily, too.
We’ll update this article once we get more information on whether it’s a takeaway kiosk or a dine-in concept. For now, we know that the store is located opposite Fruit Paradise, which is on the second level of the mall.
If you’re looking for more food in the area, visit Katsu-an for their well-priced Japanese katsudon. A medium bowl, loaded with fluffy dashi-infused eggs and crispy pork loin katsu, will set you back at just $5.90.
