For a fancy Valentine’s Day celebration this year, head to Miyoshi by Fat Cow. This modern Japanese restaurant is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, tucked in a stunning conservation building in Sentosa. Treat your date to their specially curated five-course menu, exclusivey available on 14 February 2025.
Priced at $168++ per person, the meal starts with a bright Amela Tomato Salad, tossed in a vibrant mix of goma oil, vinegar, ponzu, soy sauce, and honey. For mains, diners can choose from either the Miyazaki A4 Wagyu Striploin or Sawara Shioyaki no Negi Miso: grilled Spanish mackerel with ricotta cheese and onion miso.

2. Artemis

Dine with a view of Marina Bay at Artemis Grill & Sky Bar, located on the 40th floor of CapitaGreen. On Valentine’s Day, the restaurant is rolling out a special menu with two seatings: 5:30pm and 8pm. The four-couse dinner is priced at $178++ per person.
You’ll be treated to starters such as Hokkaido Scallop Crudo and Endive & Mortadella Salad, featuring Italian cured pork, gorgonzola cream, and pistachio vinaigrette. Then, move on to the Maine Lobster Tail served on a bed of lobster bisque, mains including the popular F1 Wagyu Tenderloin with caramelised cauliflower and white onion jam. For dessert, you can look forward to the Raspberry Dark Chocolate Torte with cookie crumble and caramel gelato, and an all-new Hazelnut Tiramisu.

3. Boeuf
Steak lovers, this one’s for you. Popular steak restaurant Bouef has launched their Valentine’s Day dinner menu this year, available on 13 February and 14 February 2025, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and 8pm to 10pm.
Priced at $138++ per person, this four-course feast begins with Hokkaido Scallop Crudo and Marinière Style Mussel Orecchiette, which combines premium Dutch Imperial mussels and orecchiette pasta. The star of the show is the Iwate Wagyu Sirloin Steak, featuring charcoal-grilled Japanese F1 Wagyu with fondant potato, horseradish, and celeriac puree. Round up your meal with the decadenet Pistachio Basque Cheesecake, served with raspberry compote and crunchy Biscoff crumble.

4. Pura Brasa

If you or bae works in the CBD, consider dropping by Pura Brasa for a hearty Valentine’s Day dinner. From 14 February to 16 February 2025, there’s a curated six-course set menu that’s available at $120++ for two diners, which works out to just $60++ per person!
Highlights on the menu include Spanish Red Prawn Croquettes, Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallop with Caviar, Josper-Grilled Australian Wagyu Beef Short Rib, and Josper-Grilled Chorizo Paella. There’s also the option of topping up $20++ for two glasses of cava or rose champagne—a steal in our books.

5. SUSHISAMBA
We tried and loved SUSHISAMBA‘s Copacabana Brunch in December 2024, so you know we had to feature their one-night-only Valentine’s Day dinner this year. The five-course set, priced at $398++ per couple, gets you signature dishes such as Zu-Nagi SAMBA Roll with foie gras, alongside Australian Grass-fed Short Ribs or Chilean Sea Bass as mains. You can also top up $25++ for two exclusive Valentine’s Day cocktails to complete your celebration.
That’s not all: after your feast, head up to SAMBAROOM for the after-party. The event takes place on 14 February 2025, 6pm onwards, and online booking is required.

6. Le Petit Chef

We’ve got the perfect idea for those looking to splurge this Valentine’s Day. Le Petit Chef at Jewel Changi offers a multi-sensory dining experience that combines animations with themed courses and performances! From 14 February to 16 February 2025, you can expect a special Valentine’s Day menu featuring Tuna Tartare and Roasted Shiro Miso Salmon: salmon fillet with ikura, braised napa cabbage, puffed rice, and citrus shoyu. The experience costs $288++ per person.
For the month of February, all bookings include personalised butler services, such as floral bouquets and chocolates! Couples also get a free glass of moscato during dessert, alongside a framed photo for keepsake.

Buffet fans can look forward to Estate‘s Valentine’s dinner buffet, available from 14 February to 16 February 2025. The Hilton Singapore Orchard‘s buffet restaurant is pulling out all the stops this year, with an exclusive live oyster-shucking showcase by Oyster Master Mr. Jean-Jacques Cadoret from the celebrated Les Huîtres Cadoret, a five-generation oyster farm in France.
The buffet takes place from 6:30pm to 10pm on all three days, and is priced from $158++ per person. There are free-flow alcohol options at $218++ and $238++ too, the latter of which is inclusive of unlimited champagne. On the food front, tuck into premium meats including Blackmore Wagyu Beef, Lumina Lamb Shoulder, and a V-Day exclusive: Scallop and Prawn Ravioli.

8. GU:UM
Modern Korean restaurant GU:UM, headed by the mastermind behind NAE:UM, is rolling out a special menu for February in celebration of Valentine’s Day. Treat your date to the GU:UM Sang Set ($168++ per person), which spotlights the restaurants signature creations. Highlights include Woodae Galbi Short Ribs and Pork Kimchi Stew, alongside a complimentary Valentine’s Month cocktail for each diner.

There’s no better way to say “I love you” than with a slab of perfectly cooked, medium-rare steak. At Wagyu X, you can do just that with their four-course meal for two, available for one day only: 14 February 2025. Priced at $299++ per couple, this dinner features your choice of premium cuts, including 500g Wagyu X Ribeye, 250g Wagyu X Sirloin & Cod Fish with Asparagus and Cherry Tomato, and 250g Wagyu X Sirloin and 300g USDA Prime. FYI: Wagyu X offers a special Wagyu crossbreed that’s distinctively marbled with a rich flavour of Angus beef. This breed is rarely found outside of Japan.

10. Chamoon Hot Pot
If bae loves steamboat, bring them to Chamoon Hot Pot, which claims to be China’s largest clear soup hotpot chain. On Valentine’s Day only, all ladies will get a free serving of Beauty Bird Nest with Papaya Stew with no minimum spending!
If it’s your first time here, try their signature Truffle Based Matsutake Mushroom ($9.90++) broth, which comes with an earthy aroma and mild flavour. Other interesting soup flavours include True Morel Mushroom and Beauty-Enhancing Papaya Tomato. Their fresh seafood ingredients and meat options are equally impressive.
