YUNG YUNG FLATLAY

Jurong residents, get excited: you can get your Yaowarat bun fix in JCube very soon! Yung Yung, which started as a small kiosk in Bishan, has announced the launch of their new West-side outlet in basement one of the mall.

Do note that the kiosk will only sell the brand’s range of CNY cookies from now till 31 January 2023. From 1 February onwards, fans can look forward to tucking into their popular Yaowarat-style buns and drinks.

YUNG YUNG BUN INTERACT

If it’s your first time here, go for their best-selling Lotus Biscoff Yaowarat Bread Buns ($3.20). These feature freshly toasted buns piped with a generous amount of sweet cookie butter for that ooze appeal. Alternatively, their Pandan Kaya ($2.80) flavour is another must-try, as is the fragrant Peanut Butter ($2.80) filling.

YUNG YUNG BUNS INTRO

The buns are buttered and grilled for a crispy exterior that’s light and fluffy on the inside.

YUNG YUNG LOTUS BISCOFF INTRO

Those who love speculoos can also go for the popular Lotus Biscoff Smoothie ($5.20), a thick, milkshake-like beverage.

YUNG YUNG LOTUS BISCOFF CRUMBS

This rich smoothie features cookie butter swirls throughout the drink, topped with crushed biscoff cookies for the ultimate sweet treat.

YUNG YUNG PEACH YOGHURT INTRO

Don’t forget to try their fresh yogurt drinks, too. The popular Peach Yogurt ($4.80) is a signature; it’s fruity and creamy with a slight tang. Pair it with your choice of jelly for textural variation—we recommend the Champagne Grape Jelly (+$1.20) or Golden Oolong Jelly (+$1.20),
