It’s rare to find drinks sold for less than a dollar in this economy, but 0103 Coffee Stall at Whampoa Food Centre has defied those expectations. A cup of Kopi O Kosong here costs a mere $0.90, and many of their other items aren’t far behind in terms of cost.

While this isn’t the best cup of kopi you’ll ever drink, it’s really aromatic and full-bodied for its price—you don’t always see coffee sold for under $1 these days. Alternatively, opt for their Kopi ($1), or Kopi C ($1.10): traditional coffee with evaporated milk and sugar.
If you’re not into coffee, you’ll be glad to know that their tea is really affordable too. A Teh O also costs $1, while the priciest tea option, the Teh Beng, will set you back $1.60.

Other drinks here include Milo (from $1.20), Chrysanthemum Tea ($0.70), and Chinese Tea ($0.70).
You can even get some Kaya Toast for a mere $1. This is pretty much just sliced white bread toasted slightly and smeared with kaya, but given the price, we’re definitely not complaining.
Whampoa Food Centre regulars seem to adore the stall and the uncle who runs the stall, and it’s no wonder considering the amazing prices and solid drinks. Be sure to check 0103 Coffee out whenever you’re in the area!
